Side A features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while Side B offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The units are separated by a shared carport, and each has its own private laundry room for added convenience. Side A is $3950/month plus GET. Side B is $2950/month plus GET. Each unit is separately metered for electricity so there is no shared electric usage here. Water and Yard care are included in rent.

Parking is limited, so we’re looking for tenants who maintain a small footprint and appreciate a quiet residential setting. Both units come unfurnished, however some items have been left behind by previous tenants which might be worth keeping.

Hawaii Life will require tenants to provide written proof of 3x the amount of rent in income, adults must have a 650 credit score or higher, and a full background screening will be done. We also require Tenants to carry liability insurance.

These units will consider animals, but a pet deposit of 1 months rent will be required.
