Come and stay at this bright and modern apartment located only one block away from the beach on the North Shore of Oahu. This fully renovated space comes equipped with a newly installed Split AC unit, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests with ease. This unit is cool and breezy but for extra hot days and you have a freshly installed split AC unit.

The space
The bedrooms are furnished with new queen beds, a desk, closet space with shelving, and side tables. For extra guests or children, the cozy couches can convert into twin memory foam beds.

Our open-concept kitchens come with full-sized appliances and filtered water, while our large walk-in showers offer easy accessibility for everyone.

Enjoy the shared backyard featuring a spacious barrel sauna, a massive outdoor shower, a soothing soaking tub, a BBQ grill, a communal table, and a shaded board rack. The backyard also features a beautiful mural by the talented artist Velia Di Iuliis, and numerous fruit trees such as papaya, banana, coconut, and passionfruit. We also offer a free shared washer and dryer located in the garage and one parking spot per unit.

Akule Clubhouse is made up of four fully furnished apartments. Two 1 bed 1 bath units are located on the bottom floor and upstairs is a 2 bed 1 bath and 1bed 1 bath. Each unit has all the essentials you need for months away from home. The apartments feature open kitchens with full-sized appliances, ample closet space, tv, and fast wifi. The walk-in showers are large enough for easy accessibility and shower seats if needed. The couches transform into memory foam twin beds for kids or extra guests.

Fully furnished with new appliances, electronics, and fixtures. All utilities included. Fast wifi for remote workers. Free shared washer and dryer. One parking spot per unit.

Outside, you will find a large shower, soaking tub, sauna, BBQ, communal table, and shaded board rack in the backyard. The building features a mural by Artist Velia Di Iuliis. Papaya, banana, coconut, and passionfruit can be found growing throughout the property. It is only a 2-minute walk to the beach. One block away is the bike path that connects to Haleiwa Town.

Please be advised that our standard criteria for the credit score is higher than 650 and income to rent ratio to be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
We also require tenants to obtain renter's insurance. Application fee is $30 per adult for every occupant (18 yrs and older). Application fees are non-refundable.
