Located only one block off Lincoln Way, on the 1 Red, 7 Plum, and 11 Cherry routes for easy access to anywhere in Ames. This building is reserved for non-undergraduate renters. Close proximity to Christopher Gartner Park, Franklin Park, & Ames Middle School.

The complex was built in 1979 and has 30 units in total. All upper units have a deck. This is a secured building where residents can enter with a key. Each unit has an intercom system with a front door buzzer. Coin-operated laundry is on the first floor of the building. Utilities provided are garbage, snow removal, lawn care, and high-speed internet. Residents only pay electricity and water.

There is a parking lot on the south side of the building where residents receive parking permit tags. There is also free off-street parking, and garage spaces available to rent for an additional fee.

No undergrads are allowed in this building.
