The building is secured with a code for residents to enter. Two parking spots are included with the lease for three bedroom units. Residents only pay for electricity usage. Gas, water/sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and 1 gig high-speed internet is provided by landlord. On-site coin-operated laundry is located on the ground floor for easy access.
