Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments located in North Ames down the street from the North Grand Mall. Units feature roughly 750 square feet of living space, a balcony on the second floor and third floors, and each unit has 1 parking spot in the permit lot. Kitchens feature a refrigerator, range, and garbage disposal. Some units have a dishwasher or microwave, but not all units do. Easy access to Walmart and the 1 Red, 2 Green and 14 Peach bus routes.

Tenants only pay electricity and gas. Landlord pays for water, 1 gig ICS internet, garbage, lawn and snow care. Tenants will need to provide a wifi router, if desired. Laundry is coin operated on-site on the ground floor of the apartment.
This property is pet friendly for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged. (ESA and Service animals are welcome with proper documentation)
