One cat may be permitted with $200 non refundable pet convenience fee and $20 per month pet rent. Maximum one cat. Lawn care and snow removal is provided via the $30 monthly "lawn service fee".

No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit. Sorry, no undergraduate students and no pets. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Housing, background and credit checks are required, minimum 630 credit. No undergraduate students. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $30 per applicant.
