**This unit is available for self-guided tour to accommodate availabilities during non-business hours such as early mornings, evenings and weekends.**

NOTE - Staff members are NOT available during these self-guided tours, so it is essential the instructions below are reviewed carefully for an easy and smooth tour!

Click "Schedule Showing" for a list of available tour times. Fill out the required information and ensure both number and email are entered correctly as a one-time code will be sent via text to the number provided for access to apartment. There will be a text sent requesting confirmation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. You MUST reply CONFIRM at least 1 hour before the tour time in order to receive the one-time access code.

You must arrive at the scheduled tour time, as the one-time code is only active for 1 hour.

Unit #208. The lockbox is located on the main entry door to the building. Enter building using fob. Walk straight in past the elevator and take right. 208 is just down the hallway. Please be sure to put the fob and key back in the lockbox upon leaving and press lock box to lock keys again. When you remove keys leave lock open until after you return to insert keys and lock again.

There will be a lock box with a digital screen on the main building door.
Enter your ONE-TIME PASSCODE + "ENTER" button.
To know if your passcode was entered successfully, the digital screen will say "PRESS LOGO BELOW DISPLAY TO OPEN".
Press down on the logo below the screen that says, "CODEBOX" to release the lock and the lock box should open with keys inside.
After you have completed your tour, please ensure to turn off all lights, relock the door and put keys back inside the lock box.
