This 1-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous 4-plex in Glenwood. A wide front porch welcomes you to the property, and the grand staircase takes you up to the entrances. All rooms have original hardwood floors and woodwork trimming each of the large windows and doorways. The kitchen is large and comes with fridge and stove. A large pantry off the kitchen adds extra storage, and that pantry leads into the full bathroom.

Apartment comes with up to two off-street parking spaces at no extra charge. NO smoking indoors. NO pet cats/dogs/ferrets/rabbits.

Tenant pays gas and electric. Water and garbage are included.

We do charge an application fee of $40 per adults to check references, background, and credit. All adults who would occupy the home must apply.
