This building is the former Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity (Apehouse) which was gutted and rebuilt into deluxe apartments in the 2001/2002 year. The location is great, just two blocks from the University of Iowa Art Museum and just west of the music building, Hancher Auditorium and City Park. A Historic Preservation award was given for this renovation. Each apartment has a unique and different floorplan.
