Adorable 1 Bedroom 1 Bath unit located in Boise's North End! We are always happy to speak with you and YES we will answer the phone or call you right back. However, texting is preferred (208)789-1160 or (208)789-4312. We do not disturb our active tenants so, unfortunately, No showings until this one vacates the second week of March. However, these units usually rent quickly. The pictures don’t lie - these units are in fantastic condition and will be deep cleaned + maintenance and a paint refresh, prior to occupancy. Should be available no later than 3/16/25 We completely renovated this apartment 3 years ago, with all new flooring, trim, doors, paint, appliances, tile, windows, fixtures and more.
These units are cute cute cute and most of our tenants stay for years and years. Very nice (and very quiet) neighbors. There’s a large (shared) back yard and a locking storage unit for each tenant.
No carpet! Newer appliances.
One cat OK. Owner takes care of lawn and pays Sewer and Trash. This unit comes with a stand alone AC unit for each which cools down the entire apartment.
Tenants pay rent + $40 a month for the resident benefit package, power and $25 for water + any applicable pet fees and pet rent. We really prefer no dogs but will accept a dog if it’s a legitimate service or ESA. Cats ok!
