Your application will automatically be denied if you have insufficient income, a prior eviction, negative landlord reference, an open bankruptcy, a judgement or delinquent account/collection with a landlord, property management firm, or utility company. Persons who are listed on any sex offender list will not be considered. Applicants should be aware that serious convictions relating to crimes involving violence, drug activity, gang activity, arson, and injury to persons will likely be denied. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
