Please note that the furnishings are negotiable depending on your preference. The property can be left unfurnished, fully furnished, or partially furnished. Unit is fully furnished and furnishings are in good condition (similar to the unit pictured). A inventory list will be taken prior to your move in and items are expected to be in the same condition for when you move out including dishware. Appliances included are as follows. Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Hot water heater, microwave, refrigerator and stove.

Tenant has 2 parking spaces (1 covered in the garage and 1 uncovered on the parking pad to the garage). HOA covers lawn care and common area snow removal all other utilities are services are the responsibility of the tenant.
