2. No history of bankruptcy or late payments in the past 2 years, no unpaid delinquencies (liens, judgments, collections, foreclosures, etc), no history of eviction in the last 4 years, and no unpaid eviction judgements.

3. Monthly gross income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent or qualifying subsidy.
