This is a great little unit! Clean and in great condition with just enough amenities to make life easy, and affordable! The living room and bedroom are pretty good sized for this market, the bathroom is snug, but does have a standard full size tub. The kitchen is small, but the tradeoff is the larger living and sleeping rooms. There is coin-op laundry in the building so no need to go to the laundromat and off-street parking. RST Rentals is committed to quick maintenance and for repairs being done correctly the first time!
