Applications are processed in FIFO (first in, first out), those who apply first , get called first immediately upon an opening coming up! All Utilities are paid by Tenant, and bc most Tenants prefer to bring their own appliances upon move in, we do not provide appliances. All homes do have Laundry / Dryer hookups. We do NOT accept prior evictions. Credit Score is considered but most importantly your household monthly net (take home) income is expected to be double the Rent amount!
