ARO Housing:
The city helps to build, rehabilitate, and preserve rental housing to ensure that it is affordable for residents throughout Chicago. You may qualify for select units at 1741 Western based on your household size and annual income as listed in the chart below. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions regarding the application process. See the available units and our requirements below. Other additional fees may apply.

40% Affordability Requirement:
Total monthly rent cannot exceed 40% of applicant's gross total monthly income

Tenants are responsible for their own GAS HEAT, COOKING GAS, OTHER ELECTRICITY, and TRASH.

These units are restricted to households that meet the income requirements listed above. IF YOU ARE ABOVE OR BELOW THE DESIGNATED HOUSEHOLD INCOME, YOU DO NOT QUALIFY. Applicants must meet both ARO and Quadrel Realty Group screening criteria in order to be eligible. Quadrel requires a 650 credit score or better.
