The Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) have teamed up with the City of Evanston to help offer Inclusionary Rental Housing (IRH) apartments to local residents. CPAH is responsible for determining eligibility and waitlist placement throughout the process.

Before touring the apartment, all prospective IRH applicants must submit a pre-application with CPAH to confirm eligibility and secure a place on the waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee availability at a specific property.

To fulfil both the income limit and affordability requirement set by the Department of Housing, CPAH is looking for an applicant with a gross annual income between $43,636-$50,400 ($57,600 combined if two individuals rent). More information can be found here: https://www.avail.co/l/61517976
