Monthly rent is $675 per month which includes gas heat, water, sewer, garbage, mowing, and snow plowing. Tenant pays electric. The standard security deposit is $775, but may vary depending on screening results.

There is a storage unit for each apartment in the basement along with washer/dryer hook ups. You can bring your own units or you can rent a set for $75/month.

Cats are allowed with monthly pet fee of $25 per month per approved pet and additional deposits may be required. $50 Rental application and credit check required for each applicant over 18.
