It's a welcoming apartment community in Lombard, IL! 19 Garfield Apartments gives residents more space and privacy with an open California style layout and an onsite laundry room for easy convenience. We do not have set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
