Located across the street from the train station and minutes from restaurants, shopping and parks. Each apartment gets one parking space. We are cat friendly. (1 cat - $200 non refundable pet fee plus $10/month pet rent - 2 cats - $300 non refundable pet fee plus $15/month pet rent) **Finishes and wall color may vary per unit.** We do not have set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
