This is a general application for all Blue Zone Rentals properties - the details in this listing are not valid as they are only placeholders.
If you are interested in multiple available properties, or would like to see what units you qualify for, please fill out this application and we can inform you if you’ve qualified for any of our available units.
In order to qualify to rent one of our homes, all Applicants must meet our Qualifying Standards listed below.
Qualification Standards
Your Application will be denied if you do not meet the below standards for qualification.
- Applicant must have a current photo identification and a valid social security number.
 - Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
 - Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords.
- Class A: Previous 5 years
 - Class B: Previous 18 months
 - Class C: Previous 12 months
 
 - Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
- If applicant has an eviction or unpaid judgement, the following can be required:
- An additional security deposit up to 50%
 - Co-signer on lease that exhibits a responsible financial life
 - 18+ months of employment with the same employer
 - Month-to-month lease to start
 
 
 - If applicant has an eviction or unpaid judgement, the following can be required:
 - Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life - with a minimum credit score of 600.
- If applicant has a credit score below our qualification standard, the following can be required:
- An additional security deposit up to 100%
 - Co-signer on lease that exhibits a responsible financial life
 - 18+ months of employment with the same employer
 - Month-to-month lease to start
 
 
 - If applicant has a credit score below our qualification standard, the following can be required:
 - A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
- If applicant has a felony or misdemeanor judgement against them, they still can qualify for a Class B and Class C property, but the following can be required:
- An additional security deposit up to 100%
 - Co-signer on lease that exhibits a responsible financial life
 - 18+ months of employment with the same employer
 - Month-to-month lease to start
 
 
 - If applicant has a felony or misdemeanor judgement against them, they still can qualify for a Class B and Class C property, but the following can be required:
 - Applicant must be a non-smoker or agree to smoke outside 10+ feet from any entrance to avoid smoke smell within any location.
 - Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
 
At landlord’s discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
