This unit offers 2-Bedrooms and 1-Bath. All units have a stove, refrigerator, ample closets and air conditioning.
Included in your rent is trash. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of each building. 12-month leases start at $775.00 per month. There is a $50.00 application fee per person over 18, and the deposit is based off your background, but generally $300-$500.
Residents also pay for their water based off of usage. This is paid with your rent every month and the cost for water and sewage is in addition to your rent.


You may choose to place a $300.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $300.00 will go towards your move in expense.
