Tenant is responsible for LP gas, electric, trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care. No water/sewer bill here! Furnace replaced in Jan 2026.
The house does have central air but it doesn't sufficiently cool the 2 bedrooms upstairs so you would want a window unit up there.
New Tub and shower have been installed.
