• Pet’s Deposit: $500 Pet’s Deposit required per pet ($250 Non-refundable and $250 refundable at the end of the lease).

Red Flags to Watch Out For:
• Someone claims to be out of town or not live in the local area.

• Minimal or no approval process.
• Requests for payment through apps (like Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Western Union, Money Gram), gift cards, Bitcoin or wire transfers.
• DO NOT take the word of someone who claims to have recently terminated our services.
