Here's the rental process:

1. Drive by if you are interested.

2. After driving by, if you are still interested, fill out the rental application

3. The website will tell me when an application is filled out and I will process the application

4. Please email your ID and a paystub  (this is how I validate the rental application)

5. I will give you an answer within 24 hrs. (pre-Qualified or not qualified)

6. If you pre-qualify, I will call to set up a time to show you the unit.

7. The unit will be rented, first come, first served.

- To qualify you must have no evictions or felonies in the past five years and have a verifiable income of at least $2,700/month

- All tenants (Everyone) 18 and over must each fill out the rental application separately. No room stacking/cramming or subletting is allowed. Everyone who will be in the place over 18 must fill out the application.

- Small dogs are allowed. HOWEVER strong breeds such as pitbulls, rottweilers, mastiffs, shepards, pinchers, are NOT allowed.
