This is a fully furnished three-story multiple-family home with 6 units. It has a common area and entrance, but each unit has a secured private door. Fast wi-fi for all units. Central AC and heat.

Rent includes utilities. Sits in a quiet and clean neighborhood Security cameras are installed on the main front door and on the backyard door showing the parking area, all facing out. A large parking area at the back fits up to 5 cars. 6-min drive to Community Hospital and up to 20-min drive to major hospitals (IU, Riley, Kindred) and downtown Indianapolis.

Unit 5 Third floor. It is a one-bedroom studio unit that has all the amenities - a private kitchen (oven/stove, microwave, fridge) laundry room, and bath. Has a cozy living room with a perfect workspace for your laptop.

Residents need to take the main entrance and take the stairs leading to the second and third floors. While there are other spaces (kitchen/laundry and rooms) on the second floor, this particular unit has all the same amenities upstairs, so residents need not to share them with other residents.

Please note that this unit only allows 1 person. An extra charge of $250 for extra occupant.
