We need a government-issued ID and 30 days' proof of income when applying. We run eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3x rent, no collections out to other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past five years.
