A cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is available for rent in downtown Mishawaka, conveniently located near public transportation, shopping centers, and restaurants. The unit features a spacious kitchen with a large dine-in eating area. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity, while water and trash are included in the rent. The owner provides a stove and refrigerator and handles lawn maintenance. During the warmer months, tenants will need to supply their own window A/C units.

Smoking is not permitted. Small pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25 non-refundable monthly fee per additional pet. Section 8 is accepted, renter’s insurance is required, and a 12 month lease is preferred. The full first month’s rent ($1,050) and security deposit ($1,050) are due at signing.
