Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of ACH payments via checking account (eCheck), or credit/debit cards or direct allotment. We also accept checks, money orders and cash can be taken directly to our bank. Putting down the security deposit can be done on-line as well making it easy to secure a property if you are moving from afar.
