A deposit equal to the rent is required. Utilities must be on in tenants name. Outside pets preferred. A pet deposit/pet fee required as well as pet rent, subject to animal and situation.

Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan, Junction City or Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Many great things in town including our Aquatic Park, City Parks, recently renovated free zoo, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
