A deposit equal to the rent is required. Pet(s) would be considered. There would be a pet deposit/pet fee (1/2 the rental amount plus pet rent) as well as $35.00 per month in pet rent. .

Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan and Junction City and 35 minutes to Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. We also built a new Water Park that opened this last summer and a few years ago built a new city park, we have a free zoo, public library, bowling center, private country club and public golf course and many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
