Additional monthly charges include $35 for water and $25 for trash. Electricity is billed separately through Duke Energy, and renters insurance is required.

The Hayden is also pet-friendly! One dog per unit is allowed, with a $25/month fee. Larger breeds may be approved with owner consent and a one-time $200 non-refundable deposit. A maximum of two pets per unit is permitted.
