Water, sewer and trash pickup included. Tenant responsible for electric and gas (heat and water heater). New Vinyl Plank flooring in living room.  Carpet in bedroom. Utilities are very reasonable here. There are security cameras at this facility, and a Laundromat onsite for your convenience.  

$475 per month plus $475 security/damage deposit with approved application, background check and references.    First and last month rent plus security deposit due at lease signing.
