Rental Requirements:

Security deposit equal to half 1-month’s rent

1-year lease minimum

Income must be 2.5x the monthly rent

Maximum of 2 pets. $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. No cats.

Credit score must be 550+. If below, an additional deposit may be required.

Criminal background check required

Applicants with one collection under $250 (not related to unpaid rent or utilities) may still qualify, but will be required to pay a full security deposit instead of the standard half deposit.

Applicants with no prior rental history are required to have a qualified co-signer/guarantor.
