You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 

Unfurnished? One bedroom is furnished, and there are a few pieces of furniture in the rest of the house. This can be stored in the attic or used by the tenant.

Built in 1922. It’s old like an antique. It is a true beauty, and it even has electricity and indoor plumbing.

I love the tall ceilings, the skeleton key cutouts in the doorknobs, and the excessive solid woodwork: window casings, crown moulding, tall baseboards, attic staircase, hardwood floors, etc.

Charming antique fixtures, but can be finicky some of the doorknobs and windows.

It has all modern amenities: central air conditioning, heat, WiFi, etc.

Gardening encouraged.

Regardless of skill level or effort, tulips bloom every year in the planters by the porch.

Please consult before digging a ditch or modifications heavier than that.

Other things to note

- Park in the gravel in the front of the house.

- We are renovating; home currently lacks dishwasher.

- Tenants are responsible for yard care.

- Tenants will not have access to the unfinished basement, except accompanied by technician for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing needs.

- Heavily reduced price while we are renovating. After contract, the price will go up to market value (was $1200 in 2025, estimated $1300 in 2027). Financial qualifications will be re-assessed.

- Previous tenant was a smoker, so there will be a few months of airing out.
