Thank you for your interest in Jefferson Place Apartments! The 1BD/1BA unit is still available for rent. The current rental rate for the unit is $925 with a security deposit of $925 due at move-in. 12 month lease is required.

Water, trash and sewerage all come included with monthly rent. There is NO washer-drier hookups but we have a laundry mat on property. The unit is also equipped with the following kitchen appliances: refrigerator, stove, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave hood vent.

There is also a $55 non-refundable application fee that will cover a credit check and a criminal background check. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers.

These units are also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs.
