Turbo Tenant will require you to upload the following documents:
• Government Issued Photo ID (Driver's license or passport)
• Employment History: We require you upload to Turbo Tenant copies of your last x3 recent paycheck stubs.
• Sufficient Income: To qualify, your monthly income should be 3-times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, employer contact, or tax records. All other incomes such as child support, EBT, disability payments, etc., are considered in this calculation. Upload these documents to Turbo Tenant for consideration.

After your application and background check are processed and approved, we will notify you. Upon notification of approval, we will require payment for first month's rent and security deposit (an equal amount to the monthly rent). Payments can be made through Zelle, money order, personal check, or certified checks. All checks can be made out to My Space Apartments. We require payment before you sign the rental contract and receive a key to your apartment.
