Parking passes are issued by the management office. Parking spaces are limited and subject to availability. Residents must submit a request that includes the vehicle year, make, model, color, and license plate number, along with proof of current registration. Parking pricing is generally $120 per month but may vary based on specific lease adjustments. A parking addendum will be generated and must be signed prior to issuance. Once the information is verified and the addendum is executed, a parking pass is issued and must be clearly displayed inside the vehicle at all times.
Application Qualifications: Minimum monthly income 3 times the tenant’s portion of the monthly rent, acceptable rental history, credit history, and criminal history. All Bay Management Group Baltimore residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95/month, which includes renters insurance, credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
