Features include a spacious Great Room with vaulted ceilings, king-size adjustable bed, queen sleeper sofa, meditation/reading loft, full kitchen, dining area, luxury bathroom, high-speed WiFi, 65" 4K Smart TV, central heat and air, and scenic forest and garden views.

The lower level includes a Fitness Suite & Lounge, Luxury Therapeutic Spa Shower, laundry facilities, additional relaxation space, and indoor garage parking access.

Stone Leaf Farm amenities include landscaped gardens, nature trails, water features, fire pit, gated entry, on-site parking, and seasonal pool access by reservation. Pet-friendly accommodations are available with approval.

Standard 28-day furnished extended-stay rate: $3,600. Security deposit: $1,500. Utilities and furnishings are included. Optional amenities and applicable fees are disclosed in the rental agreement.

Each stay is governed by a fixed-term written rental agreement for up to 28 consecutive days. The agreement ends on the stated departure date and does not convert to month-to-month tenancy. Additional stays require a new agreement and are subject to availability and approval.

Applicants may be required to complete income, identity, credit, and background screening. Preferred credit score is approximately 680+, with verifiable income or other financial resources and pet approval when applicable.
