Any applicant that will be residing in the apartment (18 and older) will need to fill out separate applications. Income must be 3X the rental amount ($2,775) and must be verifiable. Both photo ID's and proof of income will need to be presented with completed application. MUST PASS A CREDIT, CRIMINAL AND BACKGROUND CHECK. Must have the ability to pay monthly rent through an online payment system and a year lease is required.
First month ($925) and security deposit ($1,850) will be due prior to move in (total of $2,775).
