This apartment was recently remodeled this past year and has new floors, windows, kitchen counters & cabinets. Beautiful large porch and stairs just built outside this past year. Dogs are allowed, medium size and smaller, they must be dog and person friendly with no history of aggression, restrictions on some breeds due to insurance reasons. There is a limit of pets per apartment and need prior approval by property manager. There is absolutely no pee pads allowed, they must be completely trained to potty outside. There will be a $10.00 a month pet rent per animal. This unit has the newest appliance from Home Depot on the washer unit that is also a dryer, so you only need one appliance instead of two! This unit is on the second floor and has two entrances/exits. Quiet building with nice tenants. Property has flower beds and is taken care of weekly by property manager, including sweeping and washing hallways. Building is set up for spectrum cable only, we do not allow new holes or wires to be added from fidium.
We are looking for a quiet family with great cleaning ethics and proof of job.

Dogs need to be friendly to others and other dogs, as there are dogs in building already. There are some breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. No Pitbull breeds, mastiffs, great Danes, husky breeds, akita, bulldogs. $10.00 pet rent a month per each pet.
