In order to be considered, please complete a formal application via our website https://www.aquariuspm.com/available-rentals. Note, many of our properties require an application fee. In connection with your application, here are some helpful tips to help maximize success of your application.
1) Please fully complete the application. Blank sections may disqualify your application from being considered.
2) When income verification is requested, please submit a copy of your last two (2) pay stubs or your recent employment offer letter. Bank statements, screen shots, deposit slips, etc will not be considered. Will your income qualify? Importantly, total monthly household income should be at least two and a half (2.5) times the rent amount.
3) Rental unit availability date and your desired move-in date should match.
4) Our properties require a 12 month lease unless otherwise specified.
5) Certain units are pet friendly, others are not. If you have a furry friend you must ensure the property you are applying for allows pets. For pets to be considered, pet screening is required at your cost; you'll be prompted to do so during application via PetScreening.com.
6) All occupants must be listed on the application and if the additional occupants are over 18, they must also complete an application.
7) We may perform standard background, credit and criminal checks on all individuals.
Once submitted, please know that we will then automatically receive a notification and begin the review process. If you are selected as a finalist candidate, we'll reach out to you for next steps, which may include a discussion and property tour.
If applicable, please notify us of your interest in more than one property. Only one application submission is necessary to be considered for any of our available units.
