Qualification Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of positive rental history
• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No criminal history
• Monthly income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example, $1,550 rent → $3,875 monthly income.)

*Applicants who do not meet credit, income, or rental history requirements may be considered with an approved co-signer.
