• Minimum of 2 years of positive rental history
• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No criminal history or bankruptcy
• Monthly income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example, $1,495 rent → $3,737.50 monthly income)

*Applicants with limited credit, no rental history, or who do not meet income requirements may qualify with a co-signer.
