There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant. All application fees are invoiced separately through Square via email.

Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of positive rental history
• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No criminal history
• Monthly income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example, $1,980 rent → $4,950 monthly income; $2,520 rent → $6,300 monthly income)

*If you have never rented, have limited credit, or do not meet income requirements, a co-signer may be accepted.
