It's a 25-minute walk to the stadium and about 40 minutes on foot to central campus or downtown, with easy access to parks, cafes, and nature. The Eberwhite Woods and Frisinger Park are just a short stroll away.

We are looking for a renter while we are away for sabbatical from Feb. - June 2026. Dates can be flexible.

Security Deposit amount determined by the owner.

For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
