Tenants are responsible for DTE electric directly in their name, and will be billed back for their units' split of gas each month. Lawn care and snow removal included in rent. Shared laundry is available in the shared basement, and is charged at $200 per tenant for the year.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.

No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
