This is a very clean unit, this four unit is located on the corner of Woodside and Beechwood, extremely quiet block and tenants are drama free, no problems, no loud music and absolutely no pets. this unit is great for either one or two people. Each unit has it's on private porch. You must be working or at least show a income of at least three times the rent, that equals to at least 2400 per month.
