Looking for a female-identifying roommate to lease a room in a recently renovated home on Lansing's Southwest side. 5 min from 496, can be to MSU campus in 15 min. Also a block from a CATA bus stop. Common areas are all well-furnished. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in monthly rent. Features include hardwood floors throughout, central air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker and filtered water, Italian coffee machine, Donkey Kong arcade game, OLED flatscreen in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc., a large fenced-in backyard, and use of the 4-seater therapeutic hot tub. Ring cameras in the front and back for added privacy and security.

Two other women live in the home, one in her mid-20's and the other in her late 50's. One has lived there for over a year and the other is coming up on two years. Everyone has their own individual lease. One of them works from home (her room) during business hours. No pets allowed, due to allergies in the household. 4th bedroom/2nd bathroom are in the basement and are currently being remodeled, but we do not plan to rent it out!!

The available bedroom is a decent size (8x11), well-lit and has a large window providing natural sunlight, and can easily fit a queen sized bed plus a desk. Closet is approximately 5 feet wide and has a shelf up top for storage. Currently, the room has a twin-sized bedframe and a dresser in the closet you are free to use, but can be removed upon request.

$700 for the room; month-to-month lease. Refundable security deposit equal to one's month's rent required to secure room and first month's rent will be due at lease signing.
