Two bedroom apartment in a five unit building. The apartment is in the lower level. One bedroom has carpet as does the living room. The kitchen, and bathroom have stained concrete flooring. The bathroom has a shower, but no tub. There is coin op laundry in the building, off street parking and secure entry doors. The initial lease is six months and month to month after that. The rent is $750.00 plus electric and the pre-lease deposit is$850.00. Heat, water, sewer and trash are included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and there is a one time pet fee.
